Vamos ver se agora em 2010 a coisa engrena ! <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Então, em maio do ano passado fomos conhecer a região do <span style="color:#008000;"><a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Danube_Delta"><strong>Delta do Rio Danúbio</strong> </a></span>aqui na Romênia. Um lugar lindo, que fica só a duas horas aqui da minha cidade. E, lógico eu aproveitei pra degustar peixes e outras delícias regionais !</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Uma das coisas mais gostosas aqui da Romênia, são as sopas, ou<strong><span style="color:#ff0000;"> CIORBA</span> </strong>como eles chamam. Essa da foto abaixo eu comi no<a href="http://www.morena.ro/"> hotel </a> lá do Delta, e era de carneiro. Delícia !</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">Pro jantar o chef do hotel nos sugiriu o comer <strong><span style="color:#ff0000;">Zander</span></strong> (pike) que é um peixe muito comum no Danúbio e nos rios do sul da Rússia, ele foi feito com <span style="color:#ff0000;"><strong>Smantana</strong></span>, que é na realidade Sour Cream, muito comum na Romênia.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">Em nossa segunda noite no Delta, tivemos uma apresentação de um grupo folclórico da região. Na realidade, eles possuem mais características russas e ucranianas, do que romenas, devida a proximade com esses outros países. Achei o tipo de música bem mais animado do que o folclore tradicional da Romênia !</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">E, enquanto eles cantavam e dançavam, a gente degustava um super churrasco entre os aplausos. Eu fui de <span style="color:#ff0000;"><strong>Scrumbie</strong></span>:</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">E, entre um pelicano e outro (o da foto abaixo é fake, tirei no <a href="http://translate.googleusercontent.com/translate_c?hl=en&amp;langpair=ro%7Cen&amp;u=http://3d-center.ro/&amp;rurl=translate.google.com&amp;twu=1&amp;client=tmpg&amp;usg=ALkJrhiFJy_Qq2fMwF1ocXA9sS8VAoL2-g">aquário de Tulcea</a>),<br />

<p style="text-align:justify;">comemos no restaurante do <a href="http://www.hotelmonjardin.ro/cazare_delta_dunarii/cazare_delta_dunarii_hotel_mahmudia_localizare_en.php">Hotel Mon Jardin</a>, o <strong><span style="color:#ff0000;">Papanasi </span></strong>, a sobremesa romena mais famosa  !<br />

<p>Lá do Delta eu trouxe um livreto chamado <strong>&#8220;Aroma Tradicional do Delta&#8221;</strong>, com algumas receitas dos peixes do Danúbio. Uma mão na roda, já que não sou muito conhecedora dos peixes dessa região. O Marc, meu marido, se empolgou e chegou em casa com uma carpa fresquinha. Daí, abri o livro e achei essa receita bem prática, que é totalmente danilicious ! <img src='http://s1.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong><span style="color:#ff00ff;">Carpa ao Forno</span></strong></p>
<p>Pegue uma <em>carpa de aproximadamente 2kg</em>, limpe-a e corte em duas bandas.</p>
<p>Pincele uma forma ou refratário grande com <em>azeite de oliva</em> (ou óleo de girasol). Em seguida forre a forma com uma camada de <em>batatas cortadas em rodelas</em>. Sobre as batatas coloque o peixe com a pele para baixo. Regue o peixe com mais <em>azeite de oliva</em> (eu usei um azeite que trouxe da Toscana que é aromatizado com limões sicilianos).</p>

<p>Coloque para assar em forno médio até que fique dourado.</p>
<p>A parte, faça uma mistura com <em>alho amassado, sal, pimenta do reino, extrato de tomate e vinho branco</em>. Coloque essa mistura sobre o peixe já dourado (cubra todo o peixe) e coloque novamente no forno por mais ou menos 15 minutos para apurar a fragância do molho.</p>

<p>Retire do forno e decore com umas fatias de limão e sirva em seguida, com arroz branco e vegetais !</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Uma das melhores coisas de ser expatriado é aventurar pelos sabores e cultura de outro país. A gente tem um determinado tempo, no nosso caso 3 anos, para desbravar o paladar do novo país. Daí, que tudo vira motivo de festa. Melhor ainda, aproveitar a festa dos nossos anfitriões !</p>
<p>A Páscoa aqui na Romênia, um país cristão ortodoxo, é uma semana depois da Páscoa católica. Então enquanto no Brasil, por exemplo, tá todo mundo se entupindo de chocolates, aqui ainda estão celebrando o Domingo de Ramos.</p>
<p>E, é no Domingo de Ramos que a cidade onde eu moro, Galati, faz um super festival gastronômico. Vem gente de tudo que é lugar passar o dia comendo Scrumbie, o peixe do Rio Danúbio, assado ali na hora. O calçadão aqui do Danúbio fica lotado, fecham a rua, fazem shows, música altíssima. Uma verdadeira festa brasileira, ops, romena <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

<p>Vocês já viram panqueca no espeto ? Pois bem, esse aí da foto é o <strong>Kürtos Kolac</strong>. Pelo trema e quantidade açúcar, dá pra perceber que é de origem turca.</p>

<p> Depois de assados, os Kürtos Kolac podem ter sabor de nozes, côco, mais açúcar, etc etc.</p>

<p>Já nas churrasqueiras encontrei linguiças variadas e o<strong> Mici</strong>. Que vem a ser um parente próximos das kaftas: carne de porco moída temperada com ervas e pimentas. Coloca ali pra grelhar, e temos as <strong>tapas romenas</strong> ! São maravilhosas, para comer com pão e mostarda.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">Marinar <strong><em>1kg de filé de porco</em></strong> em <em><strong>1 copo de suco de laranja</strong></em>, <em><strong>1/2 copo de vinho branco</strong>, <strong>um pouco de molho inglês (worcestershire sauce ), uns 5 dentes de alho amassados, pimenta e sal/flor de sal à gosto, 3</strong> <strong>folhas de louro</strong>.</p>
<p></em>Deixa marinar por no mímimo uma hora. </p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Assar  no forno a 180° coberto com papel alumínio. Deixe assar por quarenta minutos e tire o papel alumínio. Retornar ao forno pra terminar de assar, virando a carne e regando com o molho para dourar/caramelar os dois lados da carne (mais uns 20 minutos).</p>
<p><em>Geralmente sirvo com batata sauté ou purê de batata.</p>
<p><strong>Batata sauté:</strong></em> cozinhe as batatas em rodelas, mas não pode deixar amolecer muito. Depois de cozidas doure as batatas na manteiga ou óleo de girassol.</p>

Recebemos visita da família belga, tivemos um super café da manhã com direito a croissants, panetones de Páscoa (aqui na Romênia come-se panetones maravilhosos essas época!), e muito chocolate !</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">Pro almoço fiz <strong>carneiro assado com uma abóbora </strong>(ou jerimum como se diz em Manaus) de forno e vagem com brocóli. Ficou uma delícia e não deu pra quem quis, rs.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Arrumei a mesa com arranjos de rosas dentro de copos de conhaques, ficou delicado e não atrapalhou o serviço (nada pior do que aqueles arranjos enormes que não dá pra ver quem está no outro lado da mesa, não é ?).</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">A foto do prato servido não ficou muito &#8220;organizado&#8221; pq o filhote, de 1 ano e 9 meses, meteu a mão e <em>roubou</em> a minha costeleta ! Tive que pegar de volta para tirar a foto, rs.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:#800080;">O carneiro (1,5kg) foi feito assim:<br />
</span><br />
Misturei <strong>8 dentes de alho amassados</strong>, bastante <strong>cúrcuma</strong>, <strong>fleur de sal</strong> (ou sal marinho),<strong> pimenta do reino</strong> moída e <strong>suco de dois limões</strong>. Envolvi cada costelinha nesse molho e deixei marinar por 2 horas e levei ao forno para assar por aproximadamente 1 hora. Depois de 30 minutos de forno, virei as costeletas para dourar bem todos os lados.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:#800080;">Abóbora/Jerimum Gratinado:</span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:#800080;"><span style="color:#000000;">Corte uma <strong>abóbora</strong> (usei 1kg) <strong>em cubos médios</strong>, sem as sementes</span><br />
</span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Em uma vasilha grande misture <strong>1 dente de alho amassado</strong>, <strong>1 colher de sopa de tomilho</strong>, <strong>1 colher de sopa de</strong> <strong>gengibre em pó</strong>, pitada de <strong>chili</strong>, pitada de <strong>sal</strong> e misture tudo com <strong>2 colheres de sopa de azeite de oliva. </strong>Envolva os cubos de abóbora nessa mistura e espalhe a abóbora num refratário grande. Coloque para assar em forno pré aquecido (200°) por 40 minutos até ficar bem dourado. Tire do forno e salpique<strong> 75g de queijo cheddar ou ementhal ralado</strong> e retorne ao forno por uns 5 minutos para gratinar.</p>

Receita antiga que não sei quem ensinou pra não sei quem e que virou meu bolo de chocolate favorito desde a primeira vez que fiz.</p>
<p>Receitinha prática, não precisa nem  ter &#8220;mão boa&#8221; para bolos, sempre dá certo !</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Apresento a minha <strong>nega maluca !</strong></p>

<div style="text-align:justify;">Vc precisa de:<br />
<strong>2 xic de trigo<br />
1 xic de açúcar refinado<br />
1 xic de chocolate em pó<br />
1 xic de leite morno<br />
1 xic de óleo de girassol<br />
1 colher de sopa de fermento<br />
2 ovos<br />
</strong><br />
Bata os ovos (tudo junto, clara e gema) com o açucar por cinco minutos até ficar branco, junte o óleo e o chocolate,</div>
<div style="text-align:justify;">depois o trigo com o leite e o fermento.  Coloque na forma untada e polvilhada com trigo e asse no forno pré-aquecido 180° por aproximadamente 30 minutos.</div>
<p><strong>Cobertura:</strong><br />
Colocar numa panela <strong>2 xic de leite quente, 1 xic de açúcar, </strong><strong>1 xic de chocolate em pó, 1 colher de manteiga</strong>. Deixa ferver em forno brando por 20 minutos. Deixa esfriar um pouco e colocar em cima do bolo !!!</p>
<p>Neste bolo da foto eu fiz 2 receitas do bolo e um recheio de 1 lata de leite condesado com 50g de côco ralado e 1 colher de manteiga. Deixei engrossar e coloquei no recheio. Dá pra colocar nozes, passas&#8230; o que sua imaginação e fome mandar ! <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
